Whether it's an intimate get-together or a party that takes over the whole bar, we'll help you make Three Twelve feel like your own.
Half Venue Hire - £150
Perfect for smaller celebrations of up to 25 guests, with your own dedicated area of Three Twelve while the rest of the bar remains open.
Exclusive Venue Hire - £200
For parties of 25 - 50 guests, giving you the whole of Three Twelve for the night.
Our standard licence runs until 12am, with the option to extend the party until 2am for an additional £30.
You'll have access to your space ahead of your event, giving you time to decorate, rearrange and make it your own.
Food & Catering
We offer a set buffet menu for £15 per person, with a minimum of 20 guests. Dietary requirements can be catered for with advance notice.
Looking for something a little more special? Bespoke catering by Chef Maxi is also available. From canapés and sharing feasts to menus created specifically around your celebration, we'll work with you to create the right food for your event and quote accordingly.
Your Signature Cocktail
Every private hire includes a bespoke signature cocktail created especially for your celebration.
We'll design your cocktail and feature it behind the bar for your guests to order throughout the night - a little something that's completely unique to your party.
Music & Entertainment
Need a DJ? We can recommend some brilliant local DJs who have worked with us before, know the venue and always bring a great atmosphere.
Your Party, Your Way
Ultimately, it's your party.
You're welcome to arrange your own food or external catering, bring in your own DJ or organise your own entertainment. We give you the space, the bar and the hospitality - you decide what your party looks like.
