This website is operated by Three Twelve, home to La Famille and Seat at the Table.

Our website provides information about our restaurant, bar, private hire, catering services, events and other hospitality experiences.

2. Restaurant Bookings

Table bookings can be made through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.

We reserve the right to:

decline or cancel bookings where necessary
amend booking times
refuse service where appropriate
request deposits for selected bookings or events

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend your booking.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future reservations.

3. Dietary Requirements

We do our best to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies wherever possible.

Guests should inform us of any allergies before dining.

Although we take food safety extremely seriously, we cannot guarantee our kitchen is completely free from allergens, and therefore cannot guarantee the absence of trace contamination.

4. Prices

All prices displayed are in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may change without notice.

Prices include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

5. Menus

Our menus change regularly according to seasonality and availability.

We reserve the right to substitute ingredients or amend dishes without prior notice.

Images on our website are representative and dishes may vary.

6. Gift Vouchers

Where gift vouchers are offered:

vouchers are non-refundable
vouchers cannot normally be exchanged for cash
lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced
expiry dates, where applicable, will be stated on the voucher

7. Private Hire & Catering

Quotes are valid for the period stated within the quotation.

Bookings are only confirmed once any requested deposit has been received.

Final guest numbers and dietary requirements must be confirmed by the agreed deadline.

Additional guests, services or equipment requested after confirmation may incur additional charges.

Cancellation terms for private hire and catering will be detailed within the individual booking agreement.

8. Events & Ticketed Experiences

Tickets for events, wine evenings and supper clubs are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.

If an event is postponed, tickets will normally remain valid for the new date.

If we cancel an event, guests will be offered either:

a refund
an alternative booking
a credit where appropriate

9. Payments

We accept payment through the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Payments are securely processed by our authorised payment providers.

We do not store your full payment card details.

10. Website Content

All text, photography, branding, graphics, menus and other content remain the property of Three Twelve unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

11. Photography

From time to time photographs or videos may be taken during events or within the venue for promotional purposes.

If you would prefer not to appear in promotional material, please let a member of the team know.

12. Website Availability

Whilst we aim to keep the website accurate and available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We reserve the right to update or remove website content without notice.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites.
